Hmm.. gt up at 7 agn.. went sch.. had a lesson on recapping hw to use the cam.. then learn hw to use a lipstick cam.. dolly.. lightings etc.. in the studio.. hehehe.. everything looks so much better n bigger than SP one.. hehehhee.. then had a break went to eat.. then went back for editing class.. then tut.. etc.. met tua ee they all back in the city.. then wanted to go to this place in eagle st.. but dunno where is it.. so ended up gng to Norman hotel to eat the steak my landlord was saying its damn gd.. hehehe..
The funniest thing happened… vanny called me.. started telling me wat is happening.. n screaming away at the same time.. I totally couldn’t understand a single word she said.. then she finally sort of calm down to jus say there’s a grasshopper in her room.. CRN wasn’t of much help.. then she started screaming n squealing agn.. hahahha. Damn funny.. agn.. I couldn’t ans anything.. hahaha.. so I told her.. I jus arrived.. jus ordered food.. told her.. when we get back.. then will go her place.. I couldn’t stop laughing.. her squealing n screaming was damn funny.. hahahhaa..
Anyway my food came.. she called agn.. ask abt how long more.. so I told her abt 1 hr+ more.. hehehe.. then she kept asking us to hurry go back.. CRN was as scared as she was!!! Ask me whether my uncle n help them get rid of it etc.. hehehe.. then the thing was flying around.. Then CRN ask me to walk him back after tt.. he scared!! HAHAHHA.. his house was jus upstair onli lah!!! HAHAHHHAHAHA.. tt made it even more funny.. HAHAHA..
then we jus took our time.. eat our delicious steak.. hehehehe.. tok tok.. enjoy the wine.. then when we gng back to vanny’s house tt time.. CRN finally decided to call me..
CRN: wat time u all coming back?!?!
Me: hmm.. 10 mins time??
CRN: can faster not?!?!
Me: *laughing non stop* y? soon soon.. jus left the place..
CRN: Fast leh.. can u stop laughing nt!?! I wanna go home..
Me: cant.. hahaha..
His tone was super funny.. HAHAHA..
Then we finally reached vanny’s house.. saw vanny n CRN peeping out frm vanny’s room.. then they showed me the grasshopper.. it was at the stairways.. nt moving.. their reaction was damn funny.. I couldn’t stop laughing.. vanny n CRN oso couldn’t stop laughing.. hahahaha..
Then teo teo to their rescue.. he kicked the grasshopper outside.. further away! Hahahahaha.. then they finally could open the net door.. CRN damn cui ah!!! Hahahhaa.. we all stood there.. kept laughing cant move.. hahahaha.. then took salt for teo teo.. in exchange for chasing away a almost dead grasshopper!! Hahahha.. damn funny lah.. hahaha..
So finally CRN could go home le.. so my aunt they all went back to the car.. gng off le.. then another funny line said by him..
CRN: eh.. u all gng back le ah?
Me: ya lah..
CRN: wait eh.. dun go back yet.. I nt yet go back!!! Wait for me to go back first eh!
Me: HAHAHAHAAHHAA.. need us to walk u upstairs nt? Hahahaha..
CRN: no nd no nd..
Then he quickly run up.. hahahhaa.. damn hilarious sia… joke of the yr sia.. nth can beat tt sia.. hahahaha.. laugh dao stomach eche sia.. hahahahha..
came home.. still laughing sia.. tok online.. still cant forget wat happened.. hehehe..

i had a very very active night.
there was a grasshopper.
a big fat crawling grasshopper on my curtain.
and when i say big, i mean really big.
its bigger than my fat fingers, and longer too.
fat long spiny thing. oh just thinking of it makes my goosepimples stand.
thankfully my phone was nearby, and i quickly called MY CUI FRIEND (MCF for short) to save me.
MCF was then telling me, ai yuh. nvm one la. insect only.
so i just squealed and insisted MCF comes down to deal with it.
which eventually MCF came down.
but thats not the end yet!
MCF walked along the corridoor to my room wondering where it was, and when MCF finally saw it, MCF went "whoa. damn big sia" and i was like YA LA TOLD YOU ALREADY!!
haha.
so i passed MCF a big blue plastic bag and a can of baygon, of which MCF took and just continued staring at the spiny thing.
and MCF asked me, how huh.
i was like huh. spray it la! and MCF told me to spray it.
MCF asked to line my bed edge with newspaperrs just in case it drops down onto my bed, so we got papers.
secretly, i think MCF just wanted to delay spraying. xx=
finally when he sprayed it,
IT JUMPED!
like right across the room! damn far!!
so i screamed.
reaaaalllly loudly and scrambled across the room.
it was far behind the cupboard, and as if it were spying on us, it jumped again! onto the edge of the cupboard and its thin legs rearing into the air.
how spookyy.
MCF remembed that sheri's relatives were here, and sheri's mom could catch lizards with her bare hands, so maybe her relatives could catch grasshoppers.... so we called her.
and i was squealing into the phone, explaining wat was going on, and she couldnt hear half of what i was saying.
and worse, she wasnt on the way back yet. they were yet to be served their dinner!! OH THE HORRORS!!!
so i rolled the newspapers into a long long stick (cause MCF said my magazines were too short to smack it) and MCF went to attempt smacking it.
and because it was long, it was soft, so it missed, and it jumped again!!
of course, i screamed.
it jumped to the middle of the room where my fan was! and crawled up the fan, and hopped onto the tv console.
i just ran outa the room.
and MCF followed suit.
how cui right!
desperation led me to knocking on my neighbours room and asking her if she was afraid of insects. she took a look and went "whoa, could it really get so big?"
but being brave, she took the long newspaper stick and poked it. i think the baygon took effects so it jumped shorter distances, but i couldnt really see it cause i was too far from my room.
scarily, she lost sight of it and asked me if i couldnt see it, could i pretend its not there. definately not! i could absolutely not be able to sleep, especially knowing that its in my room.
finally she poked it outta my room, and i ran into the kitchen and onto a chair. hahahaa.. and all MCF could do was stand in the kitchen with me! so helpful la. hahah.
even when my neighbour asked for MCF to open the door so she could sweep it out, all MCF did was "its behind the wall only!!, you go la!"
i just shook my head, still on the chair.
finally, she swept it out.
*throws confetti*
so we went back to our rooms, and MCF sat down on the sofa in my room, and we laughed at each other.
when suddenly it dawned on MCF that to get home, MCF had to get out through the door.
so i was afraid that MCF would let the grasshopper in.
and MCF was afraid, that the grasshopper would hop up to his place!
and we mustered up some courage to peek outside the mosquitoe gate to see if the grasshopper was still there, and indeed it was!
oh gosh.
how intimidating!
there it was sitting right and prim in the middle of my doorstep!
we squatted down and watched it in the darkness, willing for it to not move (which would mean its dead). and it didnt move!
but we werent sure it was dead. it was really really dark.
and i thought we should just spray baygon at it through the mosquitoe netted gate.
and it didnt move!
but we still werent convinced.
i mean.
its huge for a grasshopper.
and we were scared.
so we devised a silly plan of throwing paper balls at it, naturally it would move if it were alive...
and it didnt.
but then again,
MCF's aiming wasnt really good.
so tired we were, so we sat down in my room again.
laughed at ourselves once more and realizing how tired we were.
wierdly, MCF was like, quite fun eh.

we sat a while more before checking out the spiny thing.
it changed its position laaa!
OMGGG!!!!
so in conclusion it was alive!
we called sheri once more, and at last, they were coming back, in ten minutes!
YAYYS.
so finally when they came back, we rushed to the door and there they were, laughing at us.
well, more at MCF i believe.
sheris uncle kicked it away, and weellllll, it was apparently dead.
hahaha. everyone was laughing and totally hilarious.
MCF quickly ran out and back.
absolutely totally hilarious. i am soo tired now and sooo laughed out.
a lizard in her room that day, and a cockroach, really long and wriggly outside my house when i was keeping clothes at night, a bee this evening during dinner (of which i buzzed it with baygon and MCF bagged a dizzy bee), and a big fat grasshopper. all in the timespan of a month! how could that happen! and it was only after MCF's arrival to Kangaroo Point...
btw, MCF is a guy.
